Below is some info on the trip to Pennsylvania for 2012. I have copied and pasted from another site, as 'Hatty' is setting this all up.
PA 2012 Trip, June 9-16
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gettysburg: If all arrive on Saturday, June 9, 2012. We will only be there one (1) full day. I had checked out Segway tours, Confederate Trails of Gettys (horseback), Dwight D Eisenhower Farm and Battlefield Tours. There are civil war era restaurants in the area that are very nice also.
Monday, June 11, 2012 will be picture day at the peace light memorial and devil's den before we depart north toward Harrisburg / Hershey. We have been invited to stop at a local Cadillac / Hummer dealer on the way.
Harrisburg / Hershey: Our base for the rest of the week will be the Holiday Inn Express (east side of Harrisburg). Hershey is about 15 miles from the hotel. Hershey has the Hotel Gardens and Butterfly house, Chocolate World, Milton Hershey Museum (make your own candy bar), State Police Academy Tour, AACA Museum, Private car collection tour, Hershey Park, local wineries and breweries. (pictures with the cars at the state capital fountain)
Lancaster: Amish country (Bird in Hand, Intercourse), breweries and wineries, Amish dining experience (family style). Dealer visit where they intend to do something for us for stopping.
Hotels for June

Club Rate: $103 +taxes / night (15 rooms reserved)
2 double beds

I called in some favors to get these rates. The Hershey rate is only good through Friday. If you would like to stay longer (e.g. through the weekend) the rates will go back to their normal. Reason being there is some sporting event in town that weekend.
If you have questions - IM me and I will get back to you.
Any with ideas for a slogan for the trip? I would also like some help coming up with a golf shirt / t-shirt for the trip.

That would be 17 cars and 32 Guests - if everyone shows. What a great turn out that would be. I have a couple of locals who will join us as able...they are excited as well.
I am considering reserving a section at the Dobbin House Restaurant / PUB for our welcome dinner. Casual / Pleasant atmosphere. This is tentative...if you know you will not be present for dinner at 1900 hrs (7 PM) - Please PM me so that I have a realistic head count.
I have tentatively scheduled a tour of the Dwight D Eisenhower Farm on Sunday Morning, June 10, 2012. They are considering my request to park our cars on the property but no final word yet.
I also checked with Battlefield Tours for the the guided Double Decker bus tour of the battlefield. We would need a minimum of 10 people participating to get a group discounted rate of $25.00. If you are interested please let me know by PM and I will get a head count / commitment to pre-pay. I was looking at a 1445 hrs (sorry 2:45 PM ) tour so that no one would be rushed from lunch.
Harley Davidson is good to go for Tuesday June 12, 2012, @ 1230 hrs. Make sure you have the required closed toe shoes for this tour. We will be going through the actual assembly plant.
When you arrive in Gettysburg you will have an itinerary for the week. Please keep in mind many things are planned - participation is always optional. Enjoy your trip to Central PA. We will have evening rides throughout the week for those who wish to see the countryside.
